Brand Identity

Deiterra

The brief

Introduce Deiterra, Landmark Homes' twin-tower development at Airport West, to buyers who have stopped shopping around and started choosing.

The idea
Take the meaning of the name literally. Deiterra, from the Latin Dei Terra, God's Land. So the identity is built on ground and standing, and the building supplies the rest: one base, two crowns.
The system
  1. Name

The brochure opens on the name itself: "From the Latin 'Dei Terra'. God's Land."

  2. Voice

"Built for those who have arrived. Those who no longer chase. Those who choose." Clarity over clutter, calm over noise, permanence over trends.

  3. Mark

Two interlocking links, for two towers standing on one base.

  4. Palette

White and black, with gold doing all the emphasis.

  5. Line

"The life you've earned", carried from the brochure onto the billboard.
