Sell studio, one and two-bedroom apartments at Sapphire Labone for Landmark Homes, in a city where every new tower claims the same things.

The idea

Frame the building as something found rather than something advertised: a hidden gem, in the middle of the city.

The system

   A hexagon drawn as a cut stone, faceted from the centre.

3. Palette

   Sapphire blues, deep to bright, with one red flash for "Now Selling".
